As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing designated accounts and acting as a direct extension of the client’s operations team. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our product offerings This position collaborates regularly with their designated Account Executive and Sales Executive to provide world-class service to the client as a team.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver excellent customer service by servicing all day-to-day client requests
- Facilitate and coordinate all operations efforts. Work closely with operations to meet the needs of the client
- Understand how operational performance related to the client service agreement
- Escalate any areas of risk to the Account Executive
- Identify and assess client expectations. Work closely with the Account Executive to implement change in order to meet expectations where appropriate
- Educate the client on company procedures and processes. Train clients how to use available tools
- Manage financial aspects for assigned accounts, such as aging, creating/delivering sales orders, and initiating purchases of raw goods
- Under the direction of the Account Executive participate in and facilitate regular client meetings
- Welcome and on-board new clients as they are implemented

Requirements
- 0-1 year experience in account management or similar role
- Computer Experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to anticipate the needs of clients
- Keen understanding of business, finance, sales, logistics, and operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in the logistics/Fulfillment field
- Experiences working with inventory management software, such as ASC or SAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
