ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a primary liaison between Compliance and Marketing Department. Lead AEP materials creation along internal departments, ranging from product communication, book covers, enrollment forms, sales presentations and any other material needed to support enrollment period Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations and Compliance Department requirements. Provide guidelines to internal clients on requirements on the correct process for materials submittal and approval, to ensure they are correct and complete.
5.Responsible for the end-to-end Compliance approval process which includes, among others, translation and formatting of all Marketing Materials
Provide solutions to ensure submitted materials comply with Compliance guidelines without deterring from its original communication objective. Keeps record of all CMS approved and disapproved pieces. Establish and maintain appropriate filing and track on marketing materials. Assist in special projects and participate on working committees or meetings as assigned. Other duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university
- Ability to manage all Microsoft office program
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Bilingual, (English/Spanish)
- Ability to read and interpret English and Spanish documents such as policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulations.
- Ability to translate reports and narratives (English/ Spanish).
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
GENERAL SKILLS
- Time Management Skills: establishing priorities and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to operate various types of office equipment including software packages such as Office – Word, Excel and Power Point - 2000 and Outlook – and database familiarity a plus.
- Self-directed with good organizational skills.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
- While working, the employee is standing, sitting, walking, talking, and listening most of the time.
- The job also requires reaching objects with hands; stooping and bending to file and maintain orderliness.
- Mobility to complete errands.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Normal busy office environment.
- Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and computers and printers, light traffic).
