Junior Acquisition Analyst (hybrid) Job at PrimCorp, LLC

Core responsibilities

  • Assist with acquisition/procurement/contracting or business requirements including planning, developing strategies, and establishing best practices; conducting market research; drafting cost estimates; and preparing, managing, and tracking acquisition documents and packages including the Statement of Work, Statement of Objective, Market Research, Independent Government Cost Estimate, Source Selection Documents, Request for Proposal, Request for Information, and additional pre-award and post-award contract documents.
  • Track, coordinate, and manage acquisition and contract management actions, requirements, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Support acquisition administration and contract management functions including preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and editing PowerPoint briefs, point papers, acquisition management reports, and correspondence.

Required skills

  • At least 2 years of experience (as a junior professional) assisting with planning, managing, and executing acquisition/procurement/contracting or business programs.
  • High School Diploma with related experience or a bachelor’s degree in business, management, acquisition/procurement/contracting or related field.
  • Be familiar with acquisition tools to include but are not limited to: Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), System for Award Management (SAM), GSA e-Library, GSA Advantage, GSA eBuy, and Small Business Administration (SBA) Dynamic Business Search.
  • Effectively communicate both orally (in common English narration) and in writing.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure and tight

deadlines in a teamwork environment.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 2000 or later with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, and other applicable database and office automation products, to include Microsoft SharePoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
