The Aviation ISAC is a nonprofit membership association supporting the worldwide air transportation network. Our members are headquartered on five continents and represent all segments of the aviation ecosystem. We are the only aviation-specific cyber-threat sharing organization providing threat intelligence and developing best practices to secure all digital assets in aviation. We hunt for cybersecurity risk issues and take proactive actions that keep our industry resilient. Our members collaborate on key issues, threats to the industry, benchmark, and collaborate on best practices. We facilitate security communities for Chief Information Security Officers, Network Security Architects, Product Security Specialists, Airport IT Managers, Compliance Experts, Threat Analysts and more. We were founded in 2014 by seven global aviation companies and are led by an international board of directors. We are a small team connecting hundreds of cyber security subject matter experts. About The Role

Reporting directly to SVP-IT.

Motivated and trainable individual that can work remotely.

About You

To be successful, you will be someone with an inquisitive mindset and a passion for IT:

• Experience with Office 365 administration (including Teams)
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Pro and Office 365 application issues
• Ability to monitor ticking system and queues
• Willing to offset a daily schedule to work late night hours to bridge emerging issues in the Americas (Amer) and Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) regions with those of our members in the APAC region
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in English
• Has demonstrated the ability to build community
• Valid passport, eligible and willing to travel internationally a few times or less per year
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Entry level knowledge of cyber and information security

Salary Range:

Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Salary ranges vary based on the job’s location. The Aviation ISAC offers a comprehensive benefit package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
