The Junior Brand Manager will manage a portfolio of brands and manage all decisions for the line of consumer products – from inventory to PR to marketing to product development – working with all departments to build their brands.

Position Overview:

  • Highlights: Independent Work, Fast Paced Environment, Project-Based Work
  • Work Hours: Full-Time
  • Annual Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; 401(k); Paid Time Off
  • Location: Trumbull, Connecticut

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan inventory levels and replenishment for SCS Direct brands
  • Plan advertising and promotion across all platforms and media
  • Oversee packaging and presentation regarding brand image
  • Work with Public Relations team to coordinate promotional efforts and analysis.
  • Identify new product opportunities with Product Development team
  • Set standards on product quality and ensure factories achieve those standards.
  • Set, achieve, and report sales goals for each managed brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Marketing or Business preferred
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • 0-3 years post-graduate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Desire to innovate and think outside the box.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
