The Role

We are looking for an experienced Junior Designer / Animator to join our team. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment along with producers, social media managers and communication specialists. This role will be responsible for creating and optimizing daily design needs for websites and mobile applications.

Challenges You Will Solve

• Modifying daily visual programming slates with emphasis on design balance and spelling.
• Create designs that are functional, modular, and accessible for high-visibility digital products.
• Provide visually appealing user interface design that is consistent with the current design style.
• Organize design files and maintain design components for sharing and future proofing.
• Present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
• Works alongside designers, engineers, and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.

About You

• 3+ years of relevant design experience
• Proficient with visual design programs inside Adobe Cloud with a focus on Photoshop / Illustrator / Media Encoder + minor After Effects work.
• Able to work with looming deadlines and pivot quickly to unexpected editorial change needs.
• Excellent knowledge of current trends and design strategies / technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several projects efficiently.
• Keen problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail is key.
