Role Summary:

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role by supporting the sales efforts and assisting the producing sales manager in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, providing product information, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to overall sales strategies. This position will provide you with an opportunity to learn the Morrison Millwork Way while working closely with experienced sales professionals.

Essential Roles:

  • Collaborate with senior sales and other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotes for customers.
  • Support senior sales in achieving sales targets by assisting in lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
  • Continuing Education: Work to be fluent in Morrison Millwork's product portfolio and participate in ongoing professional and industry development. Ultimately being able to conduct sales presentations and be a resource for clients, current and perspective.

Accountabilities:

  • Organize and maintain project plans and specifications in collaborative filing structure to keep data integrity strong within the organization.
  • Review project specifications, ensure compliance and provide accurately spec’d take-offs to inside sales support.
  • Collaborate with senior sales to gain needed details for project completion.
  • Assist with business development to support any client promotional functions.
  • Work with the service/operations team to help facilitate prompt and satisfactory customer service.

  • 4 year degree in engineering, construction engineering, construction management, construction technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read blueprints is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,655.54 - $52,574.42 per year
