What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Develop and maintain a relationship with key customers that have renewable energy interests and/or corporate goals that enable the implementation of Solar and Solar + Storage projects
  • Develop detailed understanding of Key Customers organization, leadership team, corporate goals, culture, and policies to better align DEPCOM’s specific customer strategy
  • Develop individualized customer support strategies inclusive of assisting with development activities, market based research, engineering assistance and alignment of One Source Solution partnership
  • Support the Business Development lead with new Solar and Solar + Storage EPC business opportunities and guide them through at DEPCOM’s bidding process to ensure compliance with Key Customer expectations
  • Work with DEPCOM operations team to understand customer satisfaction with EPC execution
  • Pursue growth with Key Customers into other DEPCOM business units; battery storage, operations & maintenance, and repowering
  • Work side by side with DEPCOM’s experienced bidding team and strategic customer to understand project specific needs
  • Support the Business Development lead with both internal stakeholders and external customer's to transition awarded projects to DEPCOM’s transaction team until contracts are “ready to execute”
  • Ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for DEPCOM and Key Customers.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Background in customer service or high level of customer interaction
  • Understanding of PV Solar & Battery Storage industry
  • Experience with negotiation
  • Ability to travel 50% or more to accomplish business objectives

  • Understanding of renewable energy customer challenges and solutions
