Kitchen Assistant/Cook Job at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Kenai Peninsula
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Kenai Peninsula is currently seeking candidates who are creative, compassionate and enthusiastic about supporting youth in a club setting. We pride ourselves in being part of an environment that supports positive youth engagement and supportive relationships, recognizing youth for their accomplishments, and providing fun, high quality activities.
Our cooks create free meals for youth at Kenai using CACFP guidelines. Paid training & tools will be available to help learn. Experience as a cook is a plus. Can help get Food Workers Card.
Employees of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Kenai Peninsula enjoy the added benefit of enrolling their immediate children in our Clubs and athletic programs free of charge.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Hours:
- Up to 29 hrs. per week (hours may vary)
- M-Fri
