Guido's in Great Barrington is hiring a team for our new Burrito Bar. As a Burrito Bar attendant, you'll help customers craft their perfect lunch. This position involves equal parts food prep and customer service, so it's a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality ingredients and loves to feed people.

Guido’s prides itself on using the freshest ingredients whenever possible. The hot bar team works under the direction of senior kitchen staff in preparing a variety of ingredients for dishes and recipes that will be offered at the taco bar station. Working in a clean and organized fashion is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Take and complete customer orders for tacos, burritos, tortas, and burrito bowls.
• Prepare food items according to recipes.
• Prepare variety of cut veggies for taco bar offerings.
• Maintain stock levels of taco bar
• Use various kitchen equipment including grills, ovens, and steamers
• Ensure that products are beautifully packaged and displayed, while maintaining stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization along with the safety of all work areas

Experience Requirements: 1-year food service or customer service experience required.
