REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain food safety standards and monitoring time and temperature of product
• Maintain clean work stations and adhering to all food safety protocol
• Multi-tasking at work stations to assist the team in handling various aspects of the job
• Work to become exceptional at culinary expertise at all work stations
• Develop and use professional communication skills with teammates
• Work quickly and accurately to serve guests in an efficient manner
• Assist with inventory management, keep areas stocked with paper products, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Adhere to all kitchen checklists to ensure tasks are being completed
• Conduct food safety audits to ensure the preparation of an exceptional quality product and kitchen cleanliness
• Clean and appropriately store dishes and kitchen items to assist with kitchen organization
• Show up with a positive, engrossed attitude and a willingness to work hard while having fun with teammates
