Eiden Systems Corporation is looking for a TS/SCI cleared Knowledge Manager to support work in Fort Belvoir, VA. The Knowledge Manager will support work on our CI HUMINT Support Services contract.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 and SharePoint Designer 2010/2013; JAVA, VISIO, KML, and visualization tools
• Knowledge of supporting the development and sustainment of INSCOM Knowledge Management (KM) systems and offer results by designing and implementing new IT products/tools.
• Develop, iterate, and refine ways data is integrated, visualized, manipulated, exported, and/or disseminated within INSCOM common operating picture (COP).
• Knowledge in creating custom tools and analytic processes/methodologies that streamline or augment existing analyst workflows, identify patterns and trends, and visualize data.
• Knowledge and experience understanding Intelligence Community analyst tools including SharePoint and visualization tools
• Knowledge of processes used to analyze open-source information and classified intelligence, furnished by the Government, to meet customer information needs and when applicable, incorporate new industry capabilities.
• Knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations
• Support the deployment of software and licenses: new software, new versions of existing software, and the creation and management of licenses deployed onto INSCOM networks.
• Conduct status updates to the client including actual versus planned task progress made, schedule status, surveys/interviews conducted, meetings attended, issues, and recommendations.
• Identify technical challenges and recommend solutions.
• Knowledge in centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems, metadata, and shapes workflow and processes.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
• Distribute intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

Requirements:

• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Active TS/SCI security clearance, able to obtain a CI Poly
• Site Collection Administration training course or equivalent to Microsoft MS55033
• 5 years of Knowledge Management experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Minimum physical demands for on task positions: Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
