Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments by making outgoing calls and multitasking.
- Help With Service Department Clients via phone, email, text, video. Create easy hassle free transactions for service clients
- Achieve factory certification for product knowledge, create avenue for more service business, initiate programs with factory guidelines
- Present automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features
- Internet Savvy, Problem Solver, Business Creator
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Quality customer service skills and/or sales track record is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone; Bilingual but not required
- Flexible work schedule including every Saturday
- Clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check
