Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm

Job Summary: This position maintains the lab supply room and assists faculty, students, and staff in the operation of the teaching and research laboratories.

Additional Department Summary: Under moderate supervision, performs general support services for office staff, laboratories and facilities. Follows generally prescribed procedures. Typical duties may include receiving and signing for deliveries, delivering packages, access control, placing work orders in AIM system to address a variety of maintenance-related issues, maintaining eTech inventory, and attending facilities meetings.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant work experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); Computer Skills/Knowledge
