Job Summary
This position is an entry level laborer/utility position. This position will learn all the processes from the ground to the crusher. Some equipment operation necessary to keep the grounds clean for maintenance and safety purposes. Also cross training opportunities throughout. Hands on entry level maintenance and welding skills are preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, carry, and lift 70 pounds or more
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended period of times
- Ability to kneel, climb, bend, stoop, crawl or walk on uneven surfaces
- Physical ability must be enough to climb ladders
- Must be able to pass a drug test and physical fitness test
Main Responsibilities
The Laborer or Utility person is tasked with performing all necessary daily duties to keep our crushing plants or asphalt plant running as well as maintaining all grounds. Laborers are required to constantly tour, observe, recognize issues and maintain all working parts of the facilities
The Laborer plays a crucial role in maximizing plant uptime and minimizing downtime through constant, thorough, and effective routine maintenance procedures set forth by Plant Superintendents and Plant Operators. This position will cross train with other positions to maximize abilities within.
Equipment Operation experience a plus
This position is seasonal, approximately April through November.
