We are looking for our next great General Laborer to join us at a tier one automotive manufacturer. We provide a set schedule with ample overtime. Here you will be assembling various types of materials onto bumpers that belong to Ford, Chevy, and GM vehicles. A chance to be part of Michigan's automotive industry!

Position Requirements for General Laborer:

• Good standing tenure at current or past positions
• Follow daily production schedules and understand work orders
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs constantly
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to recognize and discern materials
• Good attention to detail

Quality/Housekeeping/Safety Expectations for General Laborer:

• Follows all safety guidelines and procedures
• Wear the proper PPE that is required in that department
• Strong attention to detail and quality to ensure all products meet work order requirements
• Manufacturing Associates will be required to keep their stations and work areas clean and clear of debris, slip, and trip hazards
• Peer quality checks throughout shift

Qualifications for General Laborer:

• Good standing tenure at previous positions
• Flexibility for overtime as needed for company and client demands
• Ability to stand for 10 hours in a shift
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch and lift as needed
• Steel toed shoes are required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.31 - $20.01 per hour
