Family owned and operated since 1987, is seeking a full-time installer, installing Helmet Heat, Seamless Rain Gutters, Gutter Helmet and doing indoor and outdoor construction for full time, year round work. Must live in Petoskey MI or surrounding areas and have a valid drivers license to drive company vehicles.
40 plus hours/week, overtime pay Monday - Friday. Free up your weekends! No weekend work unless wanted.

The Opportunity:
We are currently hiring Installers. Preferred candidates should have proven successful experience with home improvement installation. We will do on site job training.
Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test. Our ideal candidate must be punctual, well organized and customer service orientated, in order to ensure our customers are happy before, during and after the project is completed. Candidate must adhere to proper safety techniques, demonstrate self-leadership and accountability and have positive co-worker relationships.
Job Summary:
- Visiting customer’s homes, prepping gutters prior to install of Gutter Helmet®
- Installing gutters, Gutter Helmet® and other product lines (with approved training course completed)
- Loading and logging materials onto truck and trailer
- Proactively engaging with our customers to deliver a great customer service experience
What we are looking for:
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic remodeling/construction experience; previous gutter installation experience a plus but not required
- Must also be able to read job instructions and record materials on work order
- Comfortable with being on ladders with heights up to 2nd story
- Ability to lift up-to 50lbs
- Able to work independently and or with a crew
- Enjoy working outdoors year-round
- Responsible for keeping a clean truck and job site
- Professional demeanor, motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in their work
- Observes job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
Job details: Meet at shop in morning, Monday- Friday, go over jobs with team, Learn how to run a seamless gutter machine and install Seamless Rain Gutters, Load up company truck and trailer for daily jobs in the surrounding area, must have valid driver’s license. Fast passed, done around 5:00
