Job Title: General Laborer
Reports To: Team Lead
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Department: Reno Production
Division: Reno Green Cell Foam
Summary: Performs general labor duties as assigned by management
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for running production and following safety rules/procedures.
- Able to keep up with the flow of production and minimize downtime.
- Willingness to use band saws, rip saws, baler, and plussing machine.
- Responsible for building boxes with use of tape gun and staple gun.
- Willingness to help with inventory at the end of the month.
- Responsible for area safety and housekeeping.
- Committed to continuous process improvement and to produce safe, quality products that meet
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in production environment is preferred. Valid driver’s license is also preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
Math Ability:
Ability to to do basic math in all units of measure.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Physical Requirements:
- Be on your feet for 10-12 hours
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Able to correctly wear PPE for entire shifts
- Able to react and respond quickly to noises, smells, visual hazards, and alerts
