General Construction Laborer
Position Overview
This opportunity includes working as a Laborer (Construction) at our jobsite locations in The Villages, FL. Traveling may be necessary for this position. Transportation to jobsite is required. This job is fully outside in all weather conditions.

Skills/Attributes
- Willing to travel if necessary
- Physical Strength
- Able to stand, walk, bend and or kneel 8+ hours per day
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand eye coordination
- Endurance
- Must be able to work outside in heat / cold / all weather conditions
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all employees at all levels in the workplace
- Transportation to work
- Flexible schedule
Education
- High School Diploma / G.E.D
