We are currently seeking to hire a full time Salesperson. Compensation to be hourly base + commission.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Ability to engage potential clients with a "listen first" approach to ascertain their needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• High degree of accountability
• Composure to manage and meet tight deadlines while still producing accurate estimates
• A meticulous approach to reviews of estimates, as well as careful detailed work habits to insure estimate accuracy
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and focus on execution
• A secondary education degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field

Job Responsibilities: Effectively handle the sales process from lead to close in a timely manner

• Preparation and evaluation of scopes of work for all necessary services
• Preparation of necessary takeoffs for quantification of scopes
• Required to develop proposals, estimates, and pricing for clients
• Provide solutions in obtaining client commitment to start their project
• Engage with subcontractors to obtain multiple competitive and qualified sub quotes
• Evaluation of the subcontractor quotes to ensure complete scope coverage of the service is being quoted
