LPA is seeking a passionate
Landscape Project Manager to join our sport + recreation team. Our diverse and experienced team brings a spirit of collaboration and research to every project, backed by technical expertise. We have completed projects such as West Hollywood Aquatics and Recreation Center, El Camino College Stadium, LA Chargers Practice Facility, Cal State Northridge Recreation Center and Great Park Ice and Five Point Arena (Anaheim Ducks Training Facility).

You will be working with directors and principals in the studio and across the firm. We are looking to you to help us continue to develop our talented designers and engineers.

What you will do:
- You will be living and breathing the project from inception to completion and be able to turn your hand to all aspects of the project.
- You will be the main client point of contact on all of your projects.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and work plan documents during all phases of the projects.
- Review contractual and financial construction administration documents.
- Signing and stamping as a licensed professional, all project related documentation which has been prepared under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or Managing Director.
- Mentor your team members and help to train and upskill them.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Landscape Architecture License.
- 8+ years of experience in all phases of landscape architecture projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in management of project business: scope, fee, schedule, work plans, and budget.
- Passion for sport + recreation projects; previous experience preferred
