This candidate will be responsible for handling a wide variety of complex systems, tailormade to fit the needs of this customer's extensive corporate campus. Landscape Account Manager
Hours: Flexible schedule required and may require occasional weekend work
Location: Charlotte, NC
Experience Required:
- At least 1-2 years of management experience
- 2-3 years of industry experience with a strong skillset in Turf and irrigation care
Necessary Skills:
- Customer Service Experience
- Attention to detail
- Servant Leadership Skills
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Emotionally intelligent and can train others
- Being bilingual is a plus but not required
- A valid driver’s license is required for this role
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions (extreme heat and cold).
Responsibilities: The Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations. Specific responsibilities include:
- Work scheduling of all account personnel
- Establishing work standards
- Conducting site evaluations/audits
- Overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, troubleshooting/problem-solving
- Orientation/training of supervisory and support personnel
- Safety compliance
- Customer relations, and special project work as requested.
- This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost-effective manner.
