About the role

• We are technical product experts. The Launch Engineering team enables our growth around the world enabling prospects to quickly realize the value proposition of our products and ensures existing customers are taking advantage of the latest features and technologies.
• We work closely with Engineering, Product and the customer team to integrate our product onto customer environments and increase revenue generating opportunities for our partners

Responsibilities

• Join a team focused on solving unstructured problems to reduce sales cycle time
• We are challenged to navigate contemporary problems clients have in adoption and build field solutions to help Product prioritize the most impactful solutions.
• We are tasked to extend and maintain internal tooling to surface telemetry about the health of partner environments and reduce siloing across internal groups to minimize downtime

Requirements

You Will:

• Act as a technical advocate on our fast paced team, educating clients and internal stakeholders on the use and implementation of the platform
• Explore New Frontiers: Partner with clients to prototype custom integrations to validate for product ownership
• Accelerate onboarding speed for clients: Build and extend sample environments, observability and QA tooling
• Drive product conversations based on needs and blockers derived from client engagements

You Are:

• Self motivated, detail oriented and have a desire for continuous learning with rapidly evolving frontend technologies
• A proficient troubleshooter with a deep understanding of:
• Javascript and a range of other programming languages
• Web development protocols
• Chrome/Firefox developer tools
• Calm under pressure and work effectively with geographically dispersed teams (clients and employees)
• A world class communicator with customer focus: speaks and writes succinctly, listens to understand
• Willing to travel in the US and Australia pending covid restrictions. You will be working closely with our global Engineering team, split between NYC and Australia

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 / year
