Saint Joseph's Rehabilitation and Residence is seeking a full-time, 40 hour, Laundry Attendant to join our team! Some weekend and holiday hours are required. Hours are generally 6:30am to 3pm.

Higher hourly rate provided for weekend hours!

$500 Sign-on Bonus!

Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to

• collecting, sorting, washing soiled linens
• drying, pressing/ironing, and folding
• delivering clean linens
• maintaining organization and cleanliness of the laundry department

• labeling residents' personal clothing

• monitoring linen levels

• cross training in housekeeping

• Other duties may include weekly and monthly audits and inspections

Requirements include:

• excellent reliability
• flexibility and a positive work attitude
• must be able to communicate with staff and residents
• ability to multi-task
• education ensuring the ability to read, write and communicate effectively is required
