KinderKids Learning Center, Inc is a privately owned preschool located in Daphne, Alabama. We have a tight-knit team of early childhood professionals, and we want to hire YOU to join our team if you are driven by making a difference!

We are seeking both full and part-time preschool teachers, Monday-Friday. Our teachers are assigned to groups of students aging from infants through school age. We have an incredible curriculum but allow you the freedom and creativity to bring your ideas to life while leading students on an exciting hands-on, minds-on adventure promoting school readiness. As a preschool teacher, you have the unique opportunity to lay the groundwork for later educational success.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

• THE DESIRE AND COMMITTMENT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a child care center
• A professional, positive attitude
• 18 years of age or older, with the minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check, medical clearance, and child abuse and neglect clearance
• Dependable and reliable transportation and a strong attendance history
• Desire to obtain Child Development Associate (CDA) within 6 months of hire
• Classroom duties include but are not limited to: planning/implementing adopted curriculum and supplementing with hands-on, play-based activities, helping students with eating, diapering/toileting, maintaining an orderly classroom through the use of classroom management techniques, maintaining a clean and compliant classroom, updating parents through the parent engagement app
• Ability to stand for long periods of times, frequent walking sitting on the floor, being able to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to see and hear all children at all times. THIS IS PHYSICALLY ACTIVE role!
  
• Loving, patient demeanor with children and an approachable attitude for parents and coworkers
• Fluence in English and ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work either an 8 hour shift based on the business needs between hours of 6:30-5:45
