We Are:

ServiceMaster of Bel Air is a 24-hour emergency service company certified in residential and commercial fire restoration, water removal and mold remediation. We serve Harford and Baltimore counties. We are looking for a Lead Technician with hustle, determination and drive to succeed.

You Are/Able to:

• An experienced Contents/Fire Restoration Technician
• Manage the customer and client experience
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives
• Available to be on call one week a month
• Able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly

You might also have:

• Experience in estimating and sketching
• IICRC Certifications

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze a job and develop a plan to restore the location to a pre-loss condition
• Perform structural cleaning, pack out contents and remove any non-salvageable materials
• Utilize company software to document job tasks and progress

• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
