First class property management and real estate company Remote
We are looking for Outbound Lead Generation Specialists for the purpose of lead generation activities, to contact Real Estate and Business Owners through LinkedIn, social media platforms, phone, and email. You will work on lead generation campaigns and generate highly qualified sales opportunities.
You will pursue leads and make first contact calls to share the opportunity our company offers. You will be gathering current information about real-estate assets and business owners, including contact information for the owner or manager and keeping detailed notes in our database as you research and verify information. Once you have verified the lead, you will reach out to the asset owner or manager to introduce them to our company and interest them in a meeting with our acquisition specialists.
Our expectations of a performant lead generation specialist:
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for the sales team.
- Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports.
- Prospect for new clients daily from various lead sources.
- Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, social media messages etc.
- Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set.
- Research and verify provided lead information
- Contact asset managers/owners to interest them in our opportunity and connect them with the Vice President of Acquisitions with a warm transfer or scheduled meeting.
- Update CRM regularly with new information and progress made
- Meet daily and weekly goals for phone calls, emails, and appointments scheduled with qualified leads
Skills
- Previous experience with outbound calling
- Previous experience with outbound DM’ing via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Friendly and competent demeanor in phone, email and DM communication
- Ability to communicate industry specific information in plain language
- Fundamental computer and typing skills
- Familiarity with various CRM programs
- Good customer service skills.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team office environment while having a high degree of self-discipline, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience.
- Proficient with social media networking tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and etc.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
