We are looking for experienced Gutter Installers to run their own truck/team! Lead installers typically make between $27-$35/hr depending on how efficient your team is and the amount of gutter installed per pay period! Our most successful installers have made $80-90k!

Compensation is paid at a base hourly rate with an efficiency bonus paid on top depending on how much gutter you install each pay period.

We are currently expanding our Gutter Install team! The ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of gutter installation experience and/or skilled carpentry/exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and co-workers.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of construction experience required
• Safety-oriented
• Be a team player
• Comfortable working from a ladder and heights
• Must be able to travel up to three weeks out of town each month (not in a row)
• Must provide own hand tools
• Can lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer
• Clean driving record and valid CA license - No DUI's in the past 10 years
• No illegal drug use - A pre-employment drug test is required
