Lead Home Health Aide

The W Group Assisted Living Facility is looking to hire a Lead Home Health Aides. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate that is committed to both employee and resident satisfaction.
In this important role the chosen candidate will coach and support all home health-aides to ensure the schedule and plan of care is adhered to at all times.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aide supervision: assist in preparing the weekly schedule and monitoring all aides attendance and performance
- Collect and review duty sheets
- Collect and review toileting duty sheets
- Accompany residents on appt. when needed
- Monitor the shower and laundry schedule
- Ensure proper documentation takes place at all times
- Assist with orienting new aide
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with scheduling and supervising direct care staff
- Recent Physical, including a drug screen, PPD, and Rubella and Rubeola Titers
- Ability to arrive timely with a self-driven and positive attitude
- Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
