A T&G HVAC Install Technician
- Consistently represents themselves as a professional and has the “industry knowledge” and a Lennox Premier Installer
- Has led successful installer crew maintaining a high NPS score
- Is a jack of all trades, using basic electrical and plumbing skills
- Install all final fixtures and equipment of HVAC units in residential homes
- Creates and builds relationships ongoing relationships with our customers and Home Care Club Members
- Actively participates in ongoing training through Nexstar, meetings, and company events
What does it take?
- A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide full HVAC installs to customers
- 2+ years experience leading a crew of 2-3 HVAC Installers
- Must be able to clear a 10-panel drug test, criminal background check, and 3-year motor vehicle report
