Lead Cleaner Responsibilities:

As a Residential/Commercial Cleaner you will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of commercial business accounts & residential according to company standards and applicable safety measures. While maintaining a key leadership role throughout the commercial & residential cleaning division

• Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
• Abilities to work in an always evolving schedule (25-40+hour weeks)
• Leadership quality throughout the home & business division
• Perform cleaning on hard/soft surfaces, using cleaning supplies and equipment e.g. pressure washer, razors, vacuums, chemical cleaning solutions, window cleaner, etc.
• Assist in daily scheduling of day & night teams
• Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes and/or masking materials to preserve, protect, and restore customers interiors and exteriors.
• Demonstrate strict following of COVID-19 guidelines
• Inspect parts, equipment, or rooms for cleanliness and damage.

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience required
• Local
• MUST HAVE DRIVER LICENSE
• A team player who is focused on providing highest quality of work
• Ability to learn
• Leader
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
