Uptown Psych is a premier outpatient private practice in the Uptown Neighborhood of Chicago. We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist (MD. or DO.) to be a Lead and partner with the medical director in the growth of innovative services. This individual will act as a champion of TMS and Spravato services and collaborate with the acting medical director to improve on services. join our outstanding team at our Chicago IL. location.

Requirements:

• 100% In-Person position
• 34 hour a week caseload
• 6 hour a week administrative work (Lead TMS, Lead Spravato)
• Must be independently licensed in IL as a Psychiatrist (MD or DO).
• Liaising with mid-levels to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Lead TMS Department
  • Oversee the delivery of TMS services within the clinic
  • Ensure all aspects of the TMS service delivery meets or exceeds professional and community standards
  • Conduct TMS Evaluations
  • Brain Mapping
  • Weekly check ins
• Lead Spravato Department
  • Oversee the delivery of Spravato treatment within the clinic
  • Conduct evaluations and observations

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of TMS
• Knowledge of Magventure chair
• Knowledge of Spravato
• Experience running innovative treatments
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and people skills
