The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Leadership Trainer to support the ongoing development of new and existing Supervisors and Managers in our Global Customer Service organization. This role would be responsible for creating, developing, training, and measuring the effectiveness of Leadership Training.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and inspiring training which could be instructor-led trainings (ILT) in person, virtual training, or eLearning training, focused on developing our new and existing people leaders to drive team effectiveness, development, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in training and delivery processes by soliciting feedback and learning from peers, trainees, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with other StubHub learning specialists on a continuous cycle of feedback and improvement to update facilitator guides and training content.
  • Mentor and coach others to improve their craft while being open to feedback and coaching to enhance your own skill set.
  • Develop and administer training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Work on special projects and additional duties as assigned.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Articulate, Vyond, and Piktochart.
Basic Education and Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of training and 4 years of leadership experience managing teams effectively.
  • Experience with large-scale contact centers, global operating environments, or eCommerce / Tech is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic teammate willing to lean in and support others.
  • 5-10% travel may be required.
