Summary of Position
This job performs general administrative and clerical work involving independent judgment as a representative for the Site Director. Provides assistance to students enrolled in CTC courses on CD.

Minimum Required Education
Bachelors degree from a regionally, nationally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher learning is required.

Minimum Required Experience
One year administrative experience preferred.

Must be deploying as a part of the 3/5 UDP.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with students and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task.

Other Information
Military personnel at a rank higher than the student(s) who are being assisted is preferred but not required .
