Position Details:
General Responsibilities
- Proactively find solutions with a strong focus on internal customers
- Maintain high degree of accuracy and focus on the detail
- Comfortable with an agile approach to caseload
- Look for opportunities to automate non-value add activities
- Work independently and prioritize
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable with modern office applications such as Teams, SharePoint and Powerpoint
- Communicate in a concise and clear way in English, both oral and in writing
- Thrive in a global, fast-paced, intellectually intense environment
- Experience working and teaming in a virtual setting and across different geographies
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and designs new digestible and engaging learning solutions across a variety of platforms. Capable of operating within both strategic and operational arenas, with the ability to manage varied and multiple workstreams.
- Continuing maintenance and quality control of existing content.
- Takes a consultative approach to work alongside wider L and D Team and with stakeholders at all levels to ensure solution based outcomes to fit business needs and strategy
- Manage relationships with service providers for software platforms and recommended delivery solutions
- Expert knowledge and ability in learning design platforms, as well as a future focused responsibility to ensure best tools are being utilized and explored.
- Responsibility for accurate and timely reporting on all engagement and activity across learning platforms with a view to providing evidence of RoIe and continuous improvement
- Will contribute to the delivery of learning solutions across the business as required.
