We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team and help us manage our rental properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for showing properties to prospective tenants, negotiating leases, collecting rent payments, and ensuring that all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and an understanding of the local rental market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to prospective tenants.
- Explain rental terms and conditions to tenants.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates.
- Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate rental agreements with tenants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all leases and tenant information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
