Leasing Agent Job at Kaufman Development Group
Leasing agent position available for multiple office and retail complexes. The ideal candidate for this position is very outgoing with strong people skills - the importance of this cannot be understated! This role will also require having general office/administrative experience, including working in Microsoft excel as well as in Intuit quickbooks for basic accounting functions. This position will work with prospective tenants in the leasing process and handle existing tenant and property needs.
Candidate must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, this position is results focused with autonomy in the process. Must be detail oriented and very organized.
