South Parc Apartments and West Parc Apartments at Bethany Village, part of the Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Leasing Agent to join their teams! The successful candidate will be professional. organized and efficient in supporting our busy, up-scale communities while also providing support to the Community and Senior Community managers.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, day shift.

Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour + monthly commission based on new leases and lease renewals.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform lease-up duties
• Lead tours of the property
• Collecting rent from tenants
• Providing assistance to tenants as needed
• Clerical work and effective communication
• Other duties as directed by the community manager

Qualifications

• Prefer familiarity with leasing programs such as Yardi
• Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in lease-up or sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and handle constant interruptions
• Must be highly organized and pay attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in writing and verbally
