We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. Canvas Valley Forge is a new upscale property for active adults providing residents with exceptional amenities and activities through our Life program. Our communities are centered around a lifestyle. We build our teams with talented, motivated people who love what they do and love creating an outstanding living environment for our residents.
The responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include:
- Contact all prospective leads to schedule tours, answer questions, and provide information about the property and amenities
- Conduct tours of property, show apartments to prospective clients
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Validate application information and references, assist applicant with application process
- Ensures units are leased to meet/exceed budget
- Assist in preparing regular market surveys
- Makes recommendations to improve marketing/leasing programs
Successful candidates possess strong leasing and sales experience, and good organizational ability. The right candidate must be outgoing and self-starting, skilled at initiating relationships, following up and overcoming objections. Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential to the position.
Leasing experience in multi-family setting is required, senior living experience is highly preferred.
