Library Services Assistant Job at Northwestern Oklahoma State University

Terms of Employment: Regular, full-time 12-month position, with university benefit package. Located in the J.W. Martin Library, Northwestern Oklahoma State University Alva campus. Position open until filled.
Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative & office support, opening or closing the library as needed, oversight of facilities, supervising student assistants, purchasing and financial records, computer & equipment maintenance. Weekend work required during the regular semester.
Education and Experience: Required - High School diploma - Preferred: Some college course work or office management experience.
Qualifications: Computer and organizational skills, ability to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines, good communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office.
