Licensed and Unlicensed Behavioral Health Therapists - Residential Treatment Center for Teens and Young Adults, ages 12 to 26. Full-time; Permanent. Malibu, CA.

Need for one therapist for the teen program and one therapist for the young adult program.

HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting for a residential treatment facility with over a decade of experience and is Joint Commission accredited. Clients are teens and young adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges. This behavioral health organization is client driven, has an A Plus rating by the BBB, offers a low client to clinician ratio, and has comprehensive diagnostic testing and evaluations.

Responsibilities:

• Residential Therapist provides comprehensive therapy for their clients with anxiety, depression and other mental health and behavioral health issues including substance abuse and other co-occurring disorders.
• Residential Therapist provides intensive individual, group, and family therapy to youth clients to support mental wellness.
• Residential Therapist will maintain in-depth documentation for clinical findings and observations regarding interactions with all assigned clients.
• Residential Therapist will conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients and relay all information to team members.
• Residential Therapist will complete and assist participants in aftercare and discharge planning in partnership with patient family members and additional clinical team.

Licensed and Unlicensed Therapists Healthcare Qualifications:

• Experience in mental/behavioral health and preferably residential treatment but not mandatory.
• LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD for Licensed Therapist.
• AMFT, ASW, APCC or Registered Psychologist Assistant number required for non-licensed.
• Associate Number with the BBS or APA required.
• Background working in a youth-focused environment preferred.

Licensed and Unlicensed Therapists Healthcare Compensation:

Salary for Licensed Therapists is $100K to $110K

Salary for Associates is $35 TO $40 per hour
