Part-time Non-exempt (hourly)
A Day in the Life of a Licensed Esthetician at Restore

• Performs thorough consultations with potential clients
• Administers a variety of esthetic services, including Hydrafacial, Cryoskin, and oxygen facials
• Builds and maintains client base
• Follows prospecting protocols
• Maintains accurate client records with daily reconciliation
• Schedules, confirms, and updates appointments as needed
• Ensures all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are clean, maintained, and stocked appropriately
• Recommends esthetic services to existing and new clients based on individual needs
• Educates clients on other Restore modalities and products that may enhance esthetic services
• Assists with daily store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, recommending services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
• Restocks inventories for all esthetic services and retail products
• Participates in regular 1:1 meetings with their Lead Esthetician
• Assists in executing esthetics marketing events, both on and off site
• Performs other duties as assigned

P osition Requirements

• Must possess a current Esthetician license issued by the state in which you are applying
• Experience in Hydrafacial and Cryoskin equipment preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer
• Must be available some evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
