Mariposa Massage & Healing Center LLC, an evidence-based, results focused massage clinic in Helena, Montana that has a client base that grows weekly, with a great demand in this community. We have several openings for additional massage therapists on our team. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about helping people, reliable, able to work independently, as well as work well within a team of therapists, and are excited to work in a busy clinic.

Mariposa Massage & Healing Center LLC does the marketing, provides all supplies needed, front desk and scheduling help, as well as help with the laundry and cleaning. We work with a wide range of clients with many different treatment concerns.

We employ therapists who are trained in various modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial, neuromuscular, cupping, sports, prenatal, as well as a familiarity with the use of essential oils and hot rocks, preferred, but not required. Education and training in these areas preferred, but willing to work with and train the right candidates who we believe would make a great addition to our team.

Your massage license must be current and active (not suspended) with the State of Montana. Our clinic requires a 30-minute flip time between our clients to ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting, along with time for SOAP charting.

Pay is based on experience and includes tips + bonuses. Other benefits include employee discounts, and the ability to receive group rates for supplemental, disability and life insurance.

A flexible schedule is something we work with each therapist on, as well as time off as needed. Full time therapists are required to do a minimum of 15 massages per week, 18-20 preferred. Part time therapists are required to do a minimum of 8 massage per week, 10-12 preferred. We are expanding our hours of operation to be open 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Friday and 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Sunday. Varying days and times are available and will be discussed at your interview.
