We are currently looking for Telehealth Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to be part of our pioneering group of therapists and to help the team learn from their frontline experience. Your primary role will be providing individual therapy through the Hims & Hers platform. You will also have ongoing opportunities to use your clinical expertise through a variety of additional behavioral health care offerings on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Through telehealth, conduct video and phone consultations with clients, including screening, assessment, diagnosis and treatment
• Provide talk therapy to an adult population (18+)
• Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies. Complete all required training
• Provide unparalleled clinical service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care

Requirements

• Unrestricted license in good standing issued by a State Board
• 2+ years of direct care experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
• Training and experience in evidence based therapies (CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing)
• Experience providing care using a short-term model
• Comfort using measurement based care
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
• Comfortable collaborating with our prescribing providers (MD/NP) for shared clients
• Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with clients

Nice to Haves

• Previous telemedicine experience
• Fluent in additional languages is a plus
• Multiple state licenses is a strong plus
• Therapeutic experience with racial trauma, social injustice and LGBTQ+ populations is a plus
