Requirements and Qualifications:

Graduate from accredited school of nursing with current licensure and registration minimally meeting the New York State requirements of a Licensed Practical Nurse. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the New York State Practice Act, American Nurses’ Association (ANA) Standards of Nursing Practice and American Association of Office Nurses Standards of Care.
