ABHS is looking for great staff to assist us in providing professional, compassionate, ethical and knowledgeable care to clients and community members needing detoxification services. The LPN’s role will include but is not limited to: performing comprehensive health evaluations, risk assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of client’s status and plan of care, consistent with the Washington State Nursing Act while maintaining the highest ethical standards and safety practices.

The LPN will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure quality client care and maintain staff safety. The LPN will work directly under ABHS’ contracted physician and be aware of their limitations, seeking advice when necessary.

The Licensed Practical Nurse understands that by accepting this position there is potential exposure to internal and external hazardous materials including but not limited to: blood borne pathogens and infectious/communicable diseases.
Required Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Washington State.
• Must possess a BLS/CPR training card and submit upon hire.
