Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Current, valid LPN licensure in the state of Illinois
- One year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred.
- Current CPR certification
- A positive, community drived mindset
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:
- Provide medical care for residents including taking vital signs and passing medication.
- Properly and accurately document all actions and changes for each resident.
- Provide oversight for certified nursing assistants.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards the residents and teammates.
