LPN level position is for a Partial Care Relief Nurse. This is a fill-in position in our Partial Care Program and provides for covering of absent staff. This nurse serves as a resource for consumers and agency staff regarding health-related issues such as self-care, medication monitoring and management, community health awareness updates and overall health and wellness promotion. Works in conjunction with the Multidisciplinary Team to include the Medical Director, Psychiatrists, APN’s, all assigned psychiatric and medical staff, all agency staff as needed to support the quality of consumer care in the overall therapeutic milieu.
Qualifications include holding a NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior experience in a mental health setting a plus.
