I am seeking dental health advocates, catheter ninjas and communication wizards to join a start up private practice general dental clinic in Spokane Valley.
We want you to use the skills you have worked hard to acquire to help to cultivate clinic culture for a superior client, patient and staff experience. Come join us to further develop your technical skills in the area of dentistry, anesthesia and pain management. You will have autonomy over projects that speak to your passions within our practice and collaborate on practice protocols. Maintain your life work harmony with a set four day week, you will know when you work and when you have time off months in advance! Previous experience prefered but new graduates welcome. A strong work ethic and desire to learn is considered a must.
Details:
All blood work is sent to outside labs. A general schedule will be Monday to Wednesday 7:30am to 5 pm for procedures, with consultation days on Thursdays. Do you have the desire to learn/improve? Licensed Technician Job—Bond with clients, represent our facility in a kind and professional manner with low stress handling of pets while performing client education. Anesthesia: Induction, intubation, and maintenance; CORE Dental Procedures (Comprehensive Oral and Radiographic Evaluation), scaling/polishing; Controlled drugs: administrating, preparing, packaging, labeling, and delivery. Inventory ordering and management. Technician recheck exams. Help with phones as needed and all the other small things a good team does to help each other out. Laugh, enjoy your time at the clinic and be part of a team.
- Ideally 1 year + experience but not required.

Pay:
Licensed technician: $20-23/hr to start DOE Annual inflation raise + potential bonuses
