Dynamic position, for a person with an entrepreneurial spirit, who wishes to develop in the administrative and marketing area of a health services office. Professional administrator of the daily and long-term projects of the office. Responsible for selling service time, while ensuring an empathetic and enriching experience for patients. Able to originate, execute and maintain organized the administrative and financial tasks of the office. Able to work directly with the patient, conducting interviews and taking body measurements.

Job Requirements:

  • Organization and punctuality
  • Development and establishment of entrepreneurial ideas
  • Total mastery of electronic applications and social networks
  • Experience and domain working with electronic records, terminology and medical billing. (billing, reconciliation and adjustments)
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Sense of urgency and responsibility
  • Sales and public relations skills
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Empathy to work directly with patients of all ages
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Own transportation to visit potential clients
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1,550.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Cayey, PR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
